BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT/GTC/FLYING SPUR

Born out of Ferdinand Perch’s quest to put Bentley one step ahead of Rolls-Royce that was snatched right under VW’s nose by BMW, the Continental range have been Bentley’s biggest success story in the last few decades. Using British craftsmanship and Germany’s industrial might, the Continental is an out-and-out modern Bentley. But it still retains its roots. Powering the beast is a twin turbo 6.0-liter W12 developed by mating two narrow banked VR6s. the end result is 550bhp of peak power and a mind numbing 66.2kgm of peak torque. There’s even the Continental GT and Flying Spur Speed that develop 600bhp and 70+kgm of peak torque. The winged B is quick aright, but it’s as opulently decked as Donatella Versace’s private yatch. So you can get your name embroidered on find leather with diamonds. There are other fine options as well, that can pretty much fill up an Encyclopedia Britannica. Favored among playboys and soccer players alike, the Continental is the best way to let the world know you have arrived, whether it’s the GT coupe, the GTC convertible or even the Flying Spur saloon.
